Overview
This project involved building a custom web workflow for a pedicab service where customers and operators needed a cleaner way to collect booking details, rental information, pickup locations, contact data, uploaded documents, and scheduling-related information. Instead of relying only on scattered messages or manual back-and-forth, the system organizes the process into structured steps, validates the information, and prepares the data for operational review and follow-up.
Problem
The business needed a more reliable way to collect booking and rental requests. Important details such as customer information, pickup location, date, time, duration, passenger count, uploaded files, and special notes needed to be captured consistently. Manual handling made it easier for details to be missed, formatted incorrectly, or delayed before the team could act on them.
Solution
A custom PHP/MySQL workflow was created with a mobile-friendly multi-step form, structured validation, Google Maps/location support, file upload handling, and notification-ready backend logic.
